Unnaming expo – New Earth Minor (Social Practice).

I exhibited two pieces at this show. Both about the trans health care system. Juxtaposed Parallels (2025) showed parallel stories in the same frames. By physically looking through a different lens, red and cyan foil glasses, you see different stories. If you look through one lens, you see the stories as they happened. Looking through the other lens, I take you into an imagination of a better future, the way it should have been. The tryptich showed three different stories based on experiences in the trans health care system and their imagined improvements.

The Tryptich was accompanied by a spoken word manifesto. In Need of Care (2025) goes through a number of situations that my peers and I have experienced. It calls for change.
